Electronic Testimony Sign-in Pilot Program (Begins February 15)
During the 2012 Legislative Session hearings on house bills, the Environment (ENV) Committee is using an electronic testimony sign-in pilot program.
*Please note that the electronic sign-in system can ONLY be utilized on the day of the hearing, and if you would like to sign-in using a mobile device, you MUST be connected to the Internet through the WSLPublic wireless signal which can ONLY be accessed on the capitol campus.
You may sign-in on a bill electronically in one of the following ways:

Sign in using an internet enabled mobile device (e.g. a smart phone or tablet) via this link: csi.leg.wa.gov (
you must be connected to the WSLPublic wireless signal).

Sign in by using one of the computer kiosks located in SHR 4 or at either the East or West entrance of the Cherberg Building.

Sign in at one of the computer kiosks located in the Legislative Information Center (LIC) on the 1st floor of the Legislative Building, or at the LIC kiosk on the 1st floor of the Pritchard Building.
