  1. SB 5462 - Concerning efficiencies in the department of ecology processing of water right change applications to permit the consolidation of the annual quantities of those water rights held by the applicant.
  2. SB 5463 - Concerning efficiencies in the department of ecology processing of water right change applications that move the point of withdrawal reducing the potential for surface water body impacts.

Work Session:  Update on community supported agriculture (CSA) operations and other programs to maintain production by local farms.

Executive:  SB 5069 - Increasing the number of superior court judges in Benton and Franklin counties jointly.
