The Senate Health & Long-Term Care Committee considers policy and financing issues relating to health care delivery and access across all populations, emerging public health issues, long-term care for all vulnerable populations, regulatory matters involving health professions and health care facilities. The committee also considers such topics as end-of-life, medical marijuana, emerging health-related technologies, and medical malpractice legislation.
