  2. SB 6028 - Declaring electricity from a generation facility powered by the combustion of solid waste in a municipally owned energy recovery facility to be an eligible renewable resource for the purposes of chapter 19.285 RCW, the energy independence act.

  1. SB 5991 - Studying nuclear power as a replacement for electricity generated from the combustion of fossil fuels.
  2. SB 5992 - Allowing certain incremental electricity produced as a result of efficiency improvements and hydroelectric generation from certain irrigation facilities to qualify as an eligible renewable resource under chapter 19.285 RCW, the energy independence act.
  3. SB 6028 - Declaring electricity from a generation facility powered by the combustion of solid waste in a municipally owned energy recovery facility to be an eligible renewable resource for the purposes of chapter 19.285 RCW, the energy independence act.
  4. SB 6058 - Allowing incremental electricity produced as a result of efficiency improvements to hydroelectric generation projects whose energy output is marketed by the Bonneville power administration to qualify as an eligible renewable resource under the energy independence act.
