  1. SB 5971 - Modifying requirements for certain mandatory reporters of child abuse and neglect. (Hearing is on the Proposed Substitute.)
  2. SB 5991 - Extending mandatory child abuse reporting requirements to specified employees of institutions of higher education.

Work Session:  Working Connections Child Care Program and recent state auditor audit.

SB 5697 - Addressing the minimum standards for firearms safety devices and gun safes used by certain governmental agencies that purchase, receive, possess, use, or issue firearms and government agents who receive, possess, or use a firearm issued to the agent by the agency.   4. SB 6037 - Limiting access to reports and records of autopsies and postmortems.
