   1. Finalize list of enhancements to be included in spending plan.
   2. Discuss whether to reprioritize any items.

   4. Identify points of departure if Task-Force-member vote is not unanimous .
4. Finalize funding proposal:
   1. Identify resources to include in funding proposal (budget reductions, revenue, combination).
   2. Discuss whether to concentrate on upcoming biennium or six-year-period.
   3. Vote.
   4. Identify points of departure if Task-Force-member vote is not unanimous.
5. Discuss final report format and production process.
6. Review remaining steps.
