  2. HB 2485 - Addressing survivor benefits from the public employees' retirement system for survivors of members in registered domestic partnerships prior to December 2012.

Possible Executive Session:  
  1. SHB 1072 - Creating the agricultural labor skills and safety grant program.
  2. HB 2408 - Removing the statutory provision that allows members of plan 3 of the public employees' retirement system, school employees' retirement system, and teachers' retirement system to select a new contribution rate option each year.
  3. HB 2436 - Creating the public employees' benefits board benefits account.
  4. HB 2456 - Correcting the expiration date of a definition of firefighter.
