Abstract

This report notes the many positive accomplishments of the Division of Child Support and its success in meeting federal mandates and priorities.  The report also highlights areas where improvements could be made, however, by refocusing some of its efforts on addressing needs for information on resource management and program performance.  Four recommendations aimed at assisting the Division with these efforts are contained in the report.
