| Abstract |
JLARC’s 2001 Investing in the Environment performance audit recommended changes in the ways state agencies invest money in projects, track results, and coordinate services to local governments. JLARC’s most recent follow-up review found that local jurisdictions and nonprofits would like programs to improve service coordination. State agencies report that they have made efforts to improve coordination.
