St. Michael School eighth-grader serves as House page

Olympia -- Trung A. Vu, an eighth-grade student at St. Michael School in Olympia, served as a Page for a week this session in the House of Representatives. Trung Vu is the son of Thao Le and Tuan Vu of Olympia. He was sponsored by Rep. Tom Campbell (2nd District).
 
House Pages serve for one week in the Legislature, performing a wide variety of tasks as they assist legislators and staff, including distributing bills and amendments to members' offices and on the House floor.

Campbell said he appreciated Trung Vu's service to the House. "The Page program is a great learning opportunity students as they experience our state government process personally."
