| The Collated Bill Set is a copy of every new bill, substitute
versions of bills, engrossed versions of bills and committee
amendments. It does not include copies of floor
amendments, the version of the bill passed by the legislature
or the version of the bill signed into law by the Governor. The bills are accumulated and mailed as soon as there are enough to bind in a book--usually every few days. The final product can consist of over 30 volumes of bills for the House and a roughly equal number from the Senate. |
