The 2013 meeting dates were approved at the November 2012 meeting. Subgroups or subcommittees are formed on an as-needed basis. Potential meeting dates will be reserved in the event that a subgroup or subcommittee is formed.

The SCPP Rules of Procedure establish orderly conduct at meetings. The rules were last updated in 2007 and are developed to supplement the RCWs governing the SCPP and Reed's Parliamentary Rules. The Rules of Procedure govern membership, meetings, voting, and quorums among other items.
The SCPP Goals for Washington State public pensions were revised and adopted September 27, 2005.
