Respondent stipulated that she had created mutiple legislative contact information links from her campaign web site to legislative websites contrary to board opinions interpreting RCW 42.52.180 and linkage issues.
Summary
Reasonable cause established. Complaint dismissed as any violation was inadvertent, minor, had been cured and further proceedings would not serve the purposes of the Act, RCW 42.52.425.
