Complaint alleged unlawful release of confidential information and unlawful use office and/or public resources.
Summary
No reasonable cause to believe Respondent violated RCW 42.52.050 when she released name of complainant after the complaint was filed.  No reasonable cause to believe Respondent violated special privileges statute, .070, or personal use statute, .160 through advocacy on behalf of constituents involved in dispute with DSHS.  Act does not address ex parte contact with courts.  Board questions role of legislative assistant under direction of Respondent and urges Senate to review LA job description.  Complaint dismissed.
