Does Ethics Act require House to convene an internal administrative committee to approve specified personal service contracts?
Summary
No. Alleged failure of the House to convene an internal committee to make decisions relative to the approval/disapproval of proposed personal service contracts does not present an issue within the jurisdiction of the Board. RCW 42.52.320.  Complaint dismissed.
