Is Board approval or filing with the Board required for contracts between legislators and state agencies when those contracts were executed prior to the effective date of the Ethics Act?
Summary
No. If however those contracts are amended or extended after the effective date of the Act, they are subject to the same filing and approval requirements as new contracts.
