The complaint alleged that a legislator created a campaign video in a legislative office space.
Summary
A legislative office is a "facility of an agency" (RCW 42.52.180) and may not be used to create a campaign video. The Respondent stipulated to the findings, was assessed a penalty and costs and participated in one-on-one ethics training.
