Complaint alleged that Leg. Assist. Buman worked on Senator Marr's campaign during her senate workday and also used a senate computer to send campaign updates. Either allegation, if proven, would constitute a violation of of RCW 42.52.180

Investigation determined that no senate computer was used by the Marr campaign to send three campaign e-mails on three separate weekdays.  In addition, the investigation determined that Respondent LA did not send the three e-mails so there was no issue to pursue re her failure to request leave status during a senate workday.  Case dismissed for lack of reasonable cause.
