Question/Complaint
Complaint alleges Rep. Nixon requested or directed legislative employee Japhet to prepare a campaign press release with the use of the "facilities of an agency" (public resources) and that Japhet complied and prepared the release which was subsequently published.
Summary
Board concluded there were no facts or reasonable inferences therefrom which support the allegations against either Respondent.  The Board dismissed the complaint after investigation, in accordance with RCW 42.52.425, finding the complaint unfounded.  RCW 42.52.180
