Question/Complaint

Complaint asserts that legislators have a constitutional duty to respond to constitutents and by failing to do so they fail  to represent their constitutents.
Summary
RCW 42.52.320 defines the jurisdiction of the Board and the Ethics Act does not address constitutional allegations that a legislator is unresponsive to constituents.  Dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
