Alleged that the respondent violated RCW 42.52.020 for failure to file with the Board information about his employment with the City of Everett so that his employment could be analyzed for conflict of interest, and that the employment was a conflict of interest.
Summary
Filing requirements apply only to employment with state agencies, not city government.  This allegation dismissed on jurisdictional grounds.  No facts to suggest a conflict of interest.  RCW 42.52.020.  Dismissed.
