Question/Complaint
House employee used state facilities to make copies of a non-profit's brochure for a non-legislative purpose.  The House disciplined the employee and forwarded the record to the Board. The Board instituted its own complaint and independently reviewed the conduct.
Summary
The Board concluded the respondent had violated RCW 42.52.160 and Legislative Ethics Board Rule 3.
