| Abstract |
The focus of this mandated performance audit (ESSB 6061) of the Department of Licensing is primarily on the Department's motor vehicle and driver licensing functions. The report contains a total of 21 recommendations aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness and customer service. The audit also found the Department is generally meeting its mandate of protecting and enhancing the well-being of state residents.
