| Abstract |
The 2001-2003 Biennial Operating Budget mandated this JLARC study of field-based staffing issues in the Children's Administration of DSHS. It focuses on the Division of Children and Family Services. JLARC was asked to identify how many staff are available to provide case management services to clients, as well as to identify exactly how many cases the Division must manage. The report makes three recommendations to help improve information for budgeting purposes.
