Submit a letter of recommendation
Applicants to the Legislative Internship Program must provide two letters of recommendation, one from a faculty member and one from a personal or professional reference. For information about the qualifications and duties of the internship, please visit our home page.
In your letter, please address to the best of your knowledge the applicant's character, writing and research abilities, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and work ethic. These qualities are key to evaluating how successful a student will be in the fast-paced legislative environment. We appreciate your complete and candid assessments.
Please use our secure online form to upload your letter of recommendation and complete a brief assessment of the applicant. Contact the coordinators at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions or if you experience technical difficulties.
Thank you for your recommendation!
